Joel "Hollywood" Willman is a 4th Generation race car driver that has family that is inducted into the Indianapolis Hall of Fame, National Sprint Car Open Wheel Hall of Fame, National Short Track Hall, and Badger Midget Hall of Fame. He is also 5th Generation Military Servicemen, Joel is a Veteran of U.S. Army National Guard, where he was an Airborne Medic. Joel, also was a Volunteer Firefighter where he earned his firefighter 1 & 2, while he was in high school in Adams County, WI. He started racing at age 9 & hasn't stopped since, he's worked on professional teams, in ASA, Indy car, IMSA, and HOOTER'S PRO CUP teams. The high light of his career has been earning his Full ARCA approval to race on all tracks including
Super speedways like Daytona, and Talladega, and
Nascar Approval in Trucks and Xfinity series events
mile and under, no Dover until a event has been
completed. In 2016, his plans are to race Asphalt
Modified's, a few Late model races, and attempt
at a couple Midget races if marketing partners
are secured. His goal is to make a Nascar
Truck or Arca series race in 2016. With his
hard work on and off the track creating
awareness for Veterans, & Municipality
Personnel that are suffering from PTSD
/ TBI he is hopeful marketing partners
will join him to make this happen on
and off the track.
